Newsroom Modules Overview

The modules are the elements that make up your homepage, articles, and/or custom pages. There are a lot of different modules that can be used to create any page in your Newsroom.

All the modules are listed in the left menu of the homepage or page editor, or use the search bar right above to find a specific module (A).

Within Page Layout, you can view all modules currently enabled on the page. From here, you can:

• View modules currently added to the page 
• Drag and drop modules to rearrange their order (B) 
• Edit module settings 
• Delete modules you no longer need (C)

Newsroom modules

Below is an overview of all Newsroom Modules, each with a short description. They are grouped and ordered as they appear in the platform. Click a module name to learn more:

Contact Information

• Personal Contact Information
  Displays contact details for individual team members.
• General Contact Information
  Shows general contact information for the organization.
• Author (Pages only) 
  Highlights the author of an article, including their contact details.

Headlines & Content Highlight Modules

• Headlines
  Displays previews of selected articles in chronological order based on tags, allowing customization of layout and display options.
• Quotes (Pages only)
  Highlights notable quotes to draw attention.
• Live News
  Provides real time updates or live blogs.

Multimedia

• IImage gallery
  Adds one or multiple images, with various layout options like gallery or carousel.
• Videos
  Embeds videos from your Asset Manager or external sources like YouTube or Vimeo.
• Downloads
  Inserts links for downloadable files such as PDFs, Word documents, or presentations.
• Audio 
  Inserts audio files into articles or the newsroom for streaming.
• Infographic (Pages only)
  Upload and display a selected infographic within your newsroom to visually highlight key information or data.
• Media Kit (Pages only)
  Allows visitors to download all multimedia assets of an article bundled in a zip file, along with a generated PDF.
• Euronext Company Webcast (available in Premium or Enterprise plan; Homepage only) 
  Embeds live or recorded webcasts and webinars into the newsroom.

Social Media Widgets

• X social feed
  Embeds a feed from a specific X  account into the newsroom.
• Instagram account feed
  Integrates an Instagram feed into the newsroom after authentication.
• Pinterest
  Embed a Pinterest profile or specific board into your newsroom, with customisable height.
• Facebook Like Pile or Stream
  Displays content from a Facebook page, including like buttons and follower counts.
• Social buttons
  Adds buttons that link to various social media platforms.

Interactive

• Accordion
  Organize content into expandable sections for better readability.
• Poll
  Add a custom poll by entering a question and multiple answers, then track and manage results directly from the module settings.
• Form
  Creates custom forms for collecting information from visitors.
• Email Subscriptions
  Allows visitors to subscribe to newsletters or updates, adding them to distribution lists in Contacts. GDPR compliant.
• Comments section (Pages only) 
  Enables readers to leave comments on articles.
• Buttons
  Adds clickable buttons linking to internal or external pages.
• Inquiries module
  Provides a way for visitors to send media inquiries directly through the newsroom to Inquiries.
• Links
  Add and manage external or internal links within your newsroom, providing quick access to related content or resources
• Cards
  Displays content in a card layout, including text, images and/or CTA buttons.

Miscellaneous

• Coverage
  Showcases external articles or media coverage related to your organization.
• Google Analytics
  Integrates Google Analytics tracking into the newsroom for visitor insights.
• Customize Meta Information for SEO
  Customize the Newsroom's meta information for SEO
• Meta Information for Facebook, LinkedIn, or X 
  Allows customization of how articles appear when shared on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or X.
• News carousel
  Displays recent or significant articles in a rotating carousel format with various layout options.
• Search (Homepage only)
  Enables visitors to search for content within the newsroom. Reach out to Support to have it enabled.
• Featured Article
  Showcases a specific article prominently on the newsroom homepage.
• Tag Cloud
  Displays a visual representation of tags used in the newsroom, aiding in content discovery.
• Calendar
  Shows upcoming events or important dates in a calendar format.
• Quotes
  Highlights notable quotes to draw attention.
• Banner (Homepage only)
  Adds a wide image banner to pages, including optional title and text overlay.
• RSS Feed module
  Showcases (external) articles on the newsroom via an RSS feed.
• Breadcrumb
  Provides navigational links to help users understand their location within the site. To enable the breadcrumb reach out to support.
• Cookie Settings (Homepage only)
  Configure and display a cookie consent banner with customizable messaging, button labels, and detailed cookie policy content for your newsroom
• Euronext Stock Ticker (available in Premium or Enterprise plan) 
  Displays realtime stock information for publicly traded companies on Euronext.
• Custom module (HTML/CSS code)
  Allows insertion of custom HTML/CSS code for advanced customization.
