Filtering by Type
The Type filter allows you to filter your Cases between:
- Cases
- Templates
- Custom Pages
- Media Library
Filtering by Status
The Status filter allows you to filter Cases based on their publish status:
- Draft
- Published
- Scheduled
Filtering by Language
The Language filters allows users with multi-lingual newsrooms to filter Cases by language. You can easily filter between different languages assigned to your User account.
Filtering by Author
The Author filter allows you to filter Cases based on the user that created them. Selecting one or more authors will show all Cases, Templates, and Custom Pages created by those user(s).
Filtering by Date Range
The ‘Date from’ and ‘Date to’ filters allow you to select Cases from that date range. For example, selecting Date from January 1, 2023, and Date to January 31, 2023, would show all Cases from January 2023.
Filtering by Tags
The ‘Tags’ filter allows you to filter your content based on tags used in your Cases. For example, if you use the tag ‘blog’ in your case, typing it into the filter will show all Cases tagged with ‘blog’.
Multiple tags can be entered into this filter.
Filtering/Searching by Title
The ‘Title’ filter allows you to search for Cases based on their ‘Release Title’ or ‘Case Name’
