00:00 Introduction Theme Page
A theme page is a custom page designed to highlight a specific topic or theme within a newsroom. By using modules similar to those on the newsroom homepage, a theme page appears like another landing page within your newsroom.
00:20 Review Investor Relations News Page
Let’s look at an example: the Investor Relations news page.
On this theme page, you’ll find articles related to investor relations. The most important or recent articles are highlighted at the top using a carousel or featured article module.
Other articles are displayed below in the Headlines module. To ensure only investor relations content appears here, a specific "Investor Relations" tag is added to the articles and modules on this page.
You’ll also notice paragraph text placed between the carousel, headlines, and contact information sections. In addition to articles, the page contains supporting materials like downloadable documents, content, contact details, and a subscriptions module.
01:15 Add a Theme Page
To create a theme page, you can use the same modules typically found on the newsroom homepage.
Let’s walk through how to create the page we just reviewed.
01:30 Custom Page Text
From the Pages Overview, click Add Page to create a new custom page for Investor Relations.
On the custom text page, begin by adding the introductory text.
Next, add a text block to insert additional modules between the page introduction and the contact information section.
02:00 News Carousel
Let’s preview the page with just the text first.
Now, we can start adding modules. Begin by adding a Featured Article or Carousel module. This will create the slider at the top of the page, showcasing the most important or recent articles.
02:37 Headlines
Make sure to assign a tag to the carousel module — for example, “Investor Relations” — so that only related articles are displayed.
Next, add a Headlines module to display article previews. Again, use the “Investor Relations” tag to ensure that only relevant news items are shown.
03:03 Downloads
You can enhance your theme page by adding a Downloads module, where visitors can find related documents and supporting materials.
03:22 Subscriptions
Include a Subscriptions module so visitors can easily sign up for updates related to the theme.
03:44 Personal Contact Information
Add a Contact Information section to provide visitors with relevant personal contact details, making it easy for them to reach out if needed.
04:05 Page Layout
The final result is a page that combines articles, downloads, subscription options, and contact details — all organized using familiar modules for a seamless newsroom experience.
