Create standalone Campaigns or distribute Newsroom content via the Newsroom-Email integration. Track how campaigns perform—right down to who opened, clicked, or responded. All interactions are automatically added to your Contacts , helping you track and deepen engagement over time.

Connect – Build stronger media relationships

Inquiries is a collaborative workspace that keeps your team aligned and responsive when managing media inquiries. Assign inquiries, add notes, respond directly from the platform, and track progress in real time—all within centralized threads that automatically log every message, response, and internal comment from the moment an inquiry arrives.

Each inquiry links to your Contacts database, giving access to full conversation history and previous interactions—helping your team respond consistently and with context. Lastly, tag inquiries by topic to easily identify trends and recurring questions.
