Pages Dashboard

The Pages dashboard provides a central overview of all pages within the platform. Here, you can create new pages, review existing content, and manage pages across different statuses and types.

This article explains the Pages dashboard and covers the available filters, page groups, and actions you can take from the overview.

Add Page, Trash icon (Deleted pages) and Filters

At the top of the dashboard, the Add page button allows you to create a new Article, Custom page, or create or copy a Template page. In the top right corner is the Trash icon which takes you to the Deleted Pages.

Filters at the top of the dashboard help you quickly find specific pages. Use the Filter button to apply the selected criteria. This is useful when working with large volumes of content or reviewing pages created by specific users.

Page sections

Pages are sectioned by type and status to make content management clearer. If there are no Pages in a section, it will remain invisible for the user.

Draft, Published and Scheduled articles

The three top sections show the Article pages divided in sections based on their publish statuses

  • Draft, Articles that are still in draft. Drafts are not visible to visitors in the Newsroom.
  • Published, live Articles visible in the Newsroom. The publication date is displayed on the right, helping you identify recently published or older content
  • Scheduled, draft Articles which are scheduled to go live at a selected date and time.

Article pages are meant for time sensitive content, such as: news, updates, blogs, statements, etcetera. The pages include a visible publication date by default. When published, the articles will automatically appear on the Newsroom in the corresponding modules (headlines, featured article, carousel, search, etcetera) and Archive pages.

Custom pages

Custom pages meant for evergreen content, such as: contact pages, about us, and product pages. The pages do not include a visible publication date by default. When published a Custom page needs to be linked in the header, footer, or a Newsroom module (ie. buttons or cards).

Templates

Templates are reusable page structures. They can be used to maintain consistency when creating new pages.

Media library

The Media library is a Page to showcase the Media Assets. The Assets are categorised per Media type and can be categorised with (sub)categories.

Archived pages

Archived pages are no longer active but are kept for reference. They are not visible to visitors and can be restored if needed. The original publication date is maintained. If you want to publish the article again, you can do so by going into the publication settings of the article.

Page title actions

Hovering over a page title reveals a set of options that let you manage the page.

The available actions are:

  • View opens the page as it is currently displayed to visitors or, for drafts, in preview mode
  • Edit opens the page in the editor so you can update content and layout
  • Page settings opens the page configuration, such as status, visibility, language, and publication options
  • Statistics opens performance data for the page, including views and engagement metrics
  • Delete moves the page to the Deleted Pages. This section can be found behind the trash icon in the top right corner of the Pages Dashboard.

The actions shown may vary depending on the page status.
