00:00 Medium Types and Categories

The Media Library is the newsroom page where all uploaded images, videos, and documents are displayed.
At the top of the page, you can switch between medium types using the tabs.
On the left-hand side, you'll see categories and subcategories that help organize the assets.

00:27 Stock Asset Library

There are a few common ways to organize your Media Library.
One option is to create a media kit with pre-approved stock images, organized into clear categories—like the example shown here at the top.

With this type of setup, media relations teams can self-serve and easily find the assets they need.

You can also use the Media Library as an archive of all your uploaded media assets.
This means it includes everything uploaded into the platform, such as assets from articles or events.

In this case, the Media Library functions more as a database, combining both stock assets and database assets in one place.
