Inquiries introduction

Inquiries is designed to keep track of interactions you have with Stakeholders and Media Contacts. Inquiries keeps track of questions and requests, functioning like an internal ticket system. Incoming messages can be assigned to teammates, tagged for topics, and given a deadline. 

For example, you're publishing a press release. You use Presspage Email to send out a campaign about a press release, and a journalist reaches out to you for questions. Inquiries makes this process organised and manageable.
