To help respond to incoming Inquiries with re-usable answers, the Prepared Statements section offers lets you create, save, and edit replies that you might need more than once. If you often have similar incoming questions, this can be a big timesaver.
You can find this section in the sidebar, where it says Statements:
This will take you to the Statements overview. Click the green 'Add Statement' button in the top right corner to add a statement:
Add a title and a description. The description should ideally be no longer than a single sentence.
The Message field is for the re-usable statement itself. This will be inserted into your Inquiry answer. If you want, you can use the AI button to help you draft a statement.
If you have many prepared statements, consider adding tags to help organize them by subject matter.
Save the statement as draft if it may need some extra attention from yourself or a colleague, or save it as Published if it's ready to be used in Inquiry answers.
