Send Campaign

After you have finished creating the campaign and adding recipients, you can send or schedule the campaign to be sent at a specific date and time.

Sending the Campaign

  1. In the Campaign Editor, click Recipients in the breadcrumb or bottom right.

  2. Select the recipients to be included in the campaign and click Send

  3. On the Send screen you have two options:
    • Send now - Sends the Campaign immediately.
    • Schedule Campaign - Choose a day and time the Campaign will be sent. Click Schedule campaign to confirm the scheduled time.

Note Media Database:

If you are sending a campaign to Media Database lists, the platform will sync the contacts one more time with the database to filter out any incorrect e-mail addresses and update the contact details.

Scheduled Campaigns

After a campaign has been scheduled to be send, a note will be displayed indicating that the campaign can be edited up to 10 minutes before the campaign is scheduled to be sent out.

To view the scheduled campaigns, select the Planned Campaigns from the left menu.

When you edit a campaign, it reverts back to a draft campaign. Make sure to reschedule the campaign to send it out.
