Granular Role-Based Permissions

In addition to the default access levels, Admins can customize permissions at a more detailed level. This allows you to selectively enable or restrict access to specific features for each role.

Currently, this functionality includes the following Newsroom sections:

Admins can customize these permissions by visiting Admin Settings β†’ User managament β†’ User Roles and adjusting the checkboxes for each feature.

Essential Plan Limitations

User Role Limitation
Admin Only one Admin allowed per account
Manager No restriction
Contributor Not available on the Essential plan
