Users with Administrator access now have access to the email template editor. The FAQ below aims to answers some of the most commonly asked questions.
Until now, customers had to contact Presspage to add or modify email templates. With this editor, you can create your own email templates without having to ask Presspage and waiting until they are delivered.
Your existing email templates will not be converted to the email template editor. This means that there will be two types of templates; the old ones that Presspage created for you, and new ones that you create yourself in the editor.
That means this is a template that was created by Presspage rather than by you or your team. You will not be able to change this template yourself, but you can reach out to Support to request changes to it.
You can now create a new template yourself in the editor, without having to wait for Presspage. If you're unsure about how some features work, or whether they are supported, Presspage's Support is happy to assist.
Yes, you can, and free of charge. Of course, the principles of fair-use apply.
For templates that were created by Presspage, you can reach out to the Support team as you would usually do. For changes to templates created in the editor that are not supported in this editor, please also contact Support so we can look into the best option for you.
Not at the moment; currently you can only create and edit headers and footers. You can still use the Template Library feature to save and re-use commonly used modules such as buttons, contact blocks and boilerplates. The Font Settings are also still available.
