To be able to reply to Inquiries from the Inquiry product itself, it's necessary to set up an email address by going to "Settings" in the left column:
Click 'enable integration' to set up the email address:
You can then choose a custom subdomain. The main domain is currently Presspage's own domain inquiry-desk.com
and cannot be changed:
If you have inquiries in multiple languages, you can set up addresses for each or some of them. If you have users that only have access to one specific language, you can make sure they only see inquiries assigned to that language:
Once you have set up this email address, you're ready to reply to Inquiries directly from the Inquiries section!
