To see your invoices without having to reach out to Presspage staff, users with Administrator rights can access their billing details in the Admin settings.
- Click on the arrow button near the account and profile images at the far right side.
- Click "Admin settings" from the drop down menu.
Note:
Only Administrator level users will have this ability.
- In the sidebar to the left, click on "Accounts & Billing":
- On the Accounts & Billing page, click on the "Manage Billing information" button:
- You should then see an overview of your plan, along with the option to view your account information, view or edit your billing address, and add a credit card.
- If there is an exclamation mark next to "Billing History", this means you have unpaid invoices.
- You can add or edit a PO number by clicking on your subscription in the billing portal:
- Click on 'PO number' to add one, or edit your existing PO number:
Note that you will only have access to this information if you have Administrator rights.
