The Mail Editor allows you to add download files like PDFs to your email campaign. The files are not attached to the campaign. Instead, each file name links to the Asset page. Here recipients can view the meta data and download the files.
Adding downloads to an Email Campaign
- In the Mail Editor, you'll see the email campaign on the left, and the different modules on the right side.

Select Download to add one or more files to the Email campaign. This opens the Module Settings as well.

In the Module Settings click Add download to open the Asset Manager.
- In the Asset manager select or upload the files.
- Select one or more files and click Select. The files are added to your email campaign.
- In the Module Settings you can:
- Order - Drag and drop the added files to change the order.

Delete - Click the x icon to delete a file.
- Once ready, click Save and close to save the changes.
