The Mail Editor allows you to add images to your email campaign. These images are not added as attachment. Instead, an Asset page link is added where recipients can view the meta data and download the image.

Adding Images to a Campaign
- In the Campaign editor, you see the Campaign preview on the left, and the Module Manager on the right.

Click Image to add one or more images to the preview. This opens the Module Settings tab as well.

In the Module settings, click Add image. This will take you to the Asset Manager.
- Select or upload the images. Pick 1 to 6 images.
- Click Select. The images will now be added to your email campaign.

Once ready click Save & Quit to confirm the changes.
Configure the Image settings
After adding the Images to the Campaign use the settings to configure the images:
- Display image title / description - Show the title or description of the image underneath the displayed image

Image order - Change the order of the images by dragging and dropping them.
- Link - Add another link to the image for visitors to be redirected to.
- Crop - Crop the image thumbnail

Replace - Replace image with another image from the Asset manager.
Once ready click Save & Quit to confirm the changes to the settings.
Cropping Images in an Email campaign

In the Image module find the Image you want to change, and select Crop.
- In the Create new thumbnail window new window, select the section of the image you want to focus on.

Alternatively, select a standardised aspect ratio from the dropdown and move the selected frame around.
- Click Crop Image to preview the new thumbnail.
- Click Change selection to crop the image again.
- Once ready click Save and Close to save the new thumbnail view. The new thumbnail will be visible in the Image module.
