Contacts dashboard

Go to Contacts in the navigation bar.
- Contacts opens on the Contacts dashboard. Alternatively, select Contacts in the left side column.
- In the Contacts dashboard you see the overview of all your contacts and manage them:
- Search
- Filters - Select Filters to open the dropdown with four filters: Status, Account and Language Access, Tags and Lists. You can select multiple filters at the same time to narrow the results.
- Ordering - Change the order of the contacts by clicking on the column titles
- Pagination - Use the pagination at the bottom of the page to navigate through all Contacts.

Mass edit options - Check the select all option at the top to select the contacts on the current page, select individual contacts by checking the box directly next to the contact's name, or choose Select all [number] contacts in the top right to select all contacts in the list. This enables you to do bulk actions:
- Add to list - Choose between create a new list or add to existing list(s) and select Add contacts to selected lists.
- Export - Export the contacts into a CSV file.

Remove status - Remove the active status of the selected Contacts. You can choose between Hard Bounce or Inquiry Only.
Only remove the Hard Bounce status when it is certain that the email address exists and is able to receive email. More information.
- Delete - Delete the selected Contacts permanently.
Contact detail page
To view the Contact detail page, click on a Contact in the dashboard.
Updating contact details
On the left of the screen you can see and manage the Contact Details. Any updates will be auto-saved.
- Kebab icon (three dots) - Open the dropdown to delete, unsubscribe, or export the contact details and engagement.

Contact status - The active status of a contact. This status might affect wether you can include them as Email recipient or if Email will exclude them when sending an Email Campaign to the contact.
- Subscribed - Have (GDPR) consented to receive Emails.
- Inquiry only - Contact only has engaged via Inquiries, but has not (GDPR) consented to receive campaigns via Email. This does not apply to sending them messages directly via Inquiries.
- Unsubscribed - Have unsubscribed from receiving emails.

Hard bounce - Email does not exist.
Only remove the Hard Bounce status when it is certain that the email address exists and is able to receive email. More information.
- General - Edit personal contact details, such as: First and Last name, and Telephone number. Add additional numbers by selecting Add new phone number.
- Tags - Add tags to create an internal structure for Contacts (for example, VIPs, internal, external), which you can filter on.
- Lists - Edit the lists this contact has been included in.
- Accounts & Language Access - Share the contact across accounts and languages. Applicable when the account or holding includes multiple languages or accounts. Any updates done to the contact details, except for the notes, will be automatically shared across the assigned languages and accounts.
- Occupation - Edit occupational details, such as: Organization, Department, and Job title. Add additional occupations by selecting Add new occupation.
- Address - Edit address details, such as: Street, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, City, Country
- Social Media - Add the company/contact's website, or the handles of social media, includes: Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Custom fields - Add custom fields to add new contact details that are currently not available, for example timestamp GDPR.
Contact engagements
On the right side of the screen you can find the engagement with the Contact as well as internal notes.
- Statistics - View how the Contact has engaged with sent Email Campaigns. At the top you see'll the general activity emails sent (sends), opens and clicks. Below that you see the list of campaigns sent to the Contact. Selecting any item, opens the Campaign detail page.
- Inquiries - Between the parentheses you see the number of Inquiries the Contact has sent. Below you see the overview. Selecting any item, opens the Inquiry detail page.
- Notes - Note field, here you can view and edit the notes. The notes are local. When sharing a contact across languages or accounts, the notes are not pushed to the assigned languages or accounts.
