This article explains how to use sender profiles in the platform. Sender profiles help you maintain consistent and recognisable communication by defining who your emails are sent from, including the sender name, email address, and reply-to email.

Setting up the first address
- Select Email in the navigation bar
- In Email select Settings in the sidebar
- In the tab Senders, you see the option to create a new sender, or modify an existing one.
Create new sender
Add additional senders to your mail settings.
- Click Create new sender
- Fill out the Sender fields
- From name - From name and email fields, identifie the sender of the email.
- From email
- Reply-to - Reply-To is the email address to which replies are sent. By default a noreply email is filled out. When working with mailing lists with possibly thousands of recipients, it makes sense to use an unmonitored 'noreply' email box as the address. In the event of bounced mail, these bounce messages will be sent to that email address.
- Set as default - Check this option to have this address added to new created campaigns by default. The Sender profile can be adjusted in the Campaign Settings.
- Click Save to complete.
A new Sender profile has been added to the platform, and can be used to send out Email Campaigns.
Edit existing Sender
- From the Senders dropdown, select the Sender you want to adjust.
- Update the fields
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
