How to set up 'From' and 'Reply-To' email addresses

Table of contents:

Setting up your first address

First, click on 'Email' in the navigation bar:

Then, click on 'Settings' in the sidebar:

You'll then see the option to create a new sender, or modify an existing one.

The From email field (and the name) identifies the actual sender of the email. The Reply-To field suggests the email address to which replies should be sent. You'll see 'noreply' filled out in the 'From email' field. Because you're working with mailing lists with possibly thousands of recipients, it makes sense to use an unmonitored 'noreply' email box as the From-address. In the event of bounced mail, these bounce messages will be sent to that email address.

Genuine, human, replies can then be sent to the Reply-To email address instead.

Adding additional senders

It is possible to add additional senders to your mail settings. Click 'Create new sender' and fill out the fields From name, From email, and Reply-to. Click save to complete.
