Table of contents:
General
In the editor you have a screen for the header and a screen for the footer. In both you have the editor on the left of the screen, and a preview on the right.
The order of the elements in the header and footer is static. They cannot be moved around, but different layout options are available.
For the text, address, phone number fields additional styling options are available via the text editor.
Header
In the header screen you can add and/or edit the header container, logo, and text. The logo and the text sit within the container.
- Container options:
- Layout lets you position the logo to the left, right, or on top of the text.
- Column ratio decides the ratio of the logo container vs the text container. The options are 50/50, 25/75 or 75/25. In the example above, I've chosen 25/75.
- Vertical alignment lets you align the text to the logo. You can align the text to the top of the logo, to the bottom of the logo, or as in the example above, centered vertically.
- Container background offers the option to add a background image or a color. This will cover the width of the header completely, including the logo background and text containers.
- Container height is set automatically. You can set it to custom if you want additional padding.
- Logo, This section lets you add the logo and specify the width of the logo. Its height will change automatically to maintain the aspect ratio. You can also add or increase padding on all sides so that there is some empty space around the logo.
- Text, this section lets you input text. Additional styling options are available in the text editor. You can change the color of the text and a different color for links. And just like the logo, you can add padding on all sides if the default values are not to your liking.
