Sending an Inquiry message

This article briefly explains some features related to sending an inquiry message, whether it's an internal note, or a (logged) message. In the screenshot below you'll see the section where you can compose your message:

Besides the usual layout options (alignment, bold, italic, underline, ordered list and bullet points), there are some additional options, which have been highlighted in red. In order:

  1. Link: this will create a URL. If you have selected text, this selected text will be hyperlinked to your chosen URL. If you omit the https:// part of the URL, it will be added automatically.
  2. Attachment: with this option, you will be able to select images, videos and other files from the Asset Manager. These files will not be sent as a 'true' attachment, but instead the message will contain the raw upload URL of the asset (the content.presspage.com URL).
  3. AI: if this feature has been enabled, you can use AI to help craft a message.

Highlighted in the top right corner is the 'expand view' icon. This expands the window to take up a larger part of your screen, which is helpful when writing bigger chunks of text:

Click the same icon to return to the previous view.
