Inquiry text editor options

  • Text alignment
  • Bold
  • italic
  • underline
  • numbered list
  • bullet points
  • Link (highlighted in red) - this will create a URL. If you have selected text, this selected text will be hyperlinked to your chosen URL. If you omit the https:// part of the URL, it will be added automatically.
  • Attachment (highlighted in red) - with this option, you will be able to select images, videos and other files from the Asset Manager. These files will not be sent as a 'true' attachment, but instead the message will contain the raw upload URL of the asset (the content.presspage.com URL).
  • AI (highlighted in red) - if this feature has been enabled, you can use AI to help craft a message.
  • Expand view (highlighted in red) - In the top right corner is the 'expand view' icon. This expands the window to take up a larger part of your screen, which is helpful when writing bigger chunks of text. Click the same icon to return to the previous view.

Writing responses with generative AI

AI assistance can help you craft a message based on bullet points and translate it to complete sentences, in (almost) any language of your choice.

  1. Go into your Inquiries, and type a message in the 'Note' section:

  2. Clicking on 'Generate comprehensive message' creates a message out of your bullet points:

  3. And this is the result of our example:

  4. It's possible that you find this message a bit too formal. Clicking on 'make message friendly' can result in something like this:

Conversely, it's also possible to make the same message a bit more formal:

  5. We currently support the above functionality in six languages:

AI Disclaimer

It's important to always keep a close look on what texts the AI generates. The technology is maturing rapidly, but it's not perfect, and at this stage it's still important to apply a human touch and check if the AI output is factually correct and makes sense.
