This article shares a few tips to get more insights into your Inquiries, reviewing completion time, or the most active Contacts or Organisations.

Viewing the Inquiries Statistics
There is also a separate Statistics section available in the sidebar to the left:
- Date range - Filter on a custom date range, or use the 'this week' or 'this month' presets.
- New Inquiries and Closed Inquiries - Number of opened and closed inquiries for the selected time period
- Average completion time - Completion time for new and closed inquiries for selected time period
- Most active individual contacts - Contacts with most submitted messages
- Most active organizations (such as newspapers or magazines) - Organizations with most submitted messages
Viewing Inquiries per Contact
In Contacts you can find your Inquiries contacts.
- Select Contacts in the top navigation.
- In the Contact overview, choose a contact to open the detail page.
- In the right panel under the Inquiries tab you can see the number of Inquiries associated with the contact in the parentheses and the list of Inquiries right below.

Clicking on any of the Inquiries will take you to the Inquiry detail page.
