At any time, the panel on the left shows the amount of open, pending and closed inquiries.
You can search the amount of inquiries per tag by going to 'Inquiries' at the top and using the filter to search for specific tags. The filter applies a Boolean OR, which means that if you search for the tags 'example1' and 'example2', it will show results for inquiries that contain either tag, or both of them at the same time.
There is also a separate Statistics section available in the sidebar to the left:
This shows the amount of new and closed inquiries, and their average completion time. You can either pick a custom date range, or use the 'this week' or 'this month' presets.
In the Contacts section you'll find an overview of your contacts. Click on a contact to see how many inquiries are associated with this contact. These are shown in a separate tab, with the amount of inquiries in parentheses.
