This article shares a few tips to get more insights into your Inquiries, reviewing completion time, or the most active Contacts or Organisations.

Viewing the Inquiries Statistics
There is also a separate Statistics section available in the sidebar to the left:
- Date range - Filter on a custom date range, or use the 'this week' or 'this month' presets.
- New Inquiries and Closed Inquiries - Number of opened and closed inquiries for the selected time period
- Average completion time - Completion time for new and closed inquiries for selected time period
- Most active individual contacts - Contacts with most submitted messages
- Most active organizations (such as newspapers or magazines) - Organizations with most submitted messages
Viewing Inquiries per Contact
In the Contacts section you'll find an overview of your Inquiries' contacts. Click on a contact to see how many inquiries are associated with this contact. These are shown in a separate tab, with the amount of inquiries in parentheses.
