By clicking 'Inquiries' in the navigation bar, you'll be taken to the 'All inquiries' view, showing open, pending and closed inquiries.
In the top right corner the 'Add Inquiry' button allows you to add a new Inquiry.
You can add a subject, the body text of the request, the requester (for example a journalist), additional notes, the assignee (yourself or your team mate), a deadline and tags for organizational purposes.
In the "consulted internally" field you can fill out the name of a colleague who you discussed this specific inquiry with.
To edit an existing inquiry, click on the specific inquiry on the overview page.
The left panel allows you to change details such as the assignee, the requester, the deadline and any tags. The pencil icon next to 'requester information' lets you change or add details of the existing requester.
In the top right corner of the inquiry view you can change the status of the inquiry (open/pending/closed) or delete the inquiry by clicking on the three horizontal dots.
Assignees are other users in the same Presspage account. So to assign an inquiry to a team mate, that person will need their own user account.
You can use the 'notes' field to add more informal notes that do not belong in the inquiry field itself, providing context to the rest of your team.
