Editing or deleting Newsroom contacts
It is possible to edit or delete the contacts that appear in the sidebar of the Newsroom. Here's how to do so:
1. Go to “Newsroom” or select a specific Release from “Cases”.
2. Under modules, hover over the “Contact information” tab and click on “Personal information”.
3. All available contacts will appear below in a checklist.
4. To mass edit a contact, click the red "Mass Edit" button at the bottom right.
5. A popup will open, select "add", "remove", or "replace".
- Add: select a contact to add to all the releases.
- Remove: select a contact to remove from all the releases.
- Replace: select a contact you want to get replaced from the left column and the replacement from the right column.
6. Click "Save".
