Use our Placeholders feature to tailor a single email to different contacts in your audience. Add this setting to an email text block (Text Module or Image and Text Module), and personalize your email directly for each contact.
How it works
To make sure you show the right content to the right people, you can make use of the Placeholder. A placeholder allows you to use one email to show different content to different recipients. This can save you lots of time and allow you to personalize an email directly for a contact.
For example, let’s say you send are sending a pitch to a list of 50 contacts. Instead of creating 50 emails for each recipient, using a {First Name} placeholder, you can send 1 email with a "Dear {First Name}" introduction to each recipient.
Each recipient will receive an email with their first name. For example, a recipient named Greg will receive an email with "Dear Greg" and a recipient named Tina will receive an email with "Dear Tina".
Currently Presspage supports a first_name and last_name placeholder. You can find them in the email text block:
