Formatting text

You can format text to create structure and improve readability.

  • Use headings (B) to divide your content into clear sections. This also helps SEO because search engines use subheadings to understand page structure.
  • Use bold or italic (C) text to highlight key points.
  • Add lists (G) to present information clearly.
  • Adjust alignment (H) for longer content blocks.

Adding media

The text editor supports inline media to enrich your content. For most use cases you can rely on the Image gallery, Inline image, or Video modules, which offer more control and flexibility. If you need a single media item inside a specific part of your text, you can also add it directly in the text editor.

  • Insert images directly inside your text via the image icon (L). Image settings can be found by clicking on the image once added: change the alignment and size, set an alternative text, or add a link to the image.
    • Engagement: Images cannot be downloaded in high resolution and cannot be shared on social media.
  • Add hyperlinks to direct readers to other pages via the link icon (E).
  • Add an anchor to direct readers to a specific location on the page via the anchor icon (F).
  • Videos can be added via the source (O) with an Embed code.

To embed a video:

  • Choose the embed option from the video platform.

  • Place your cursor in the editor.
  • Select the source option (O) in the toolbar.
  • Paste the html code.
  • Click source to return to the regular editor.
  • Save the text of your article to confirm the change.

Using AI assistance

The AI menu helps you refine or adjust your text.
