Search

The Search module allows visitors to quickly find articles and other content on the Newsroom. By entering keywords, visitors can search through published content and navigate directly to relevant information.

This article explains how to add and configure the Search module on the Homepage or on individual pages.

Note: If you would like the search functionality to appear in the header of your Newsroom as part of the template, contact support@presspage.com for assistance.

How search results work

The Search module scans the following content fields of all published pages:

  • Title
  • Summary
  • Text blocks

Content inside other modules and article tags are not included in the search index.

If multiple words are entered, the search uses a boolean AND condition. This means all words must appear in the article for it to be included in the results.
