The Calendar module allows you to display upcoming events or important dates on your Newsroom or on a specific Page. You can highlight key moments, add descriptions, and link events to related articles.

Adding a Calendar

Go to 'Newsroom' in the navigation bar.

In the sidebar, open the Miscellaneous tab and select Calendar

Switch the toggle from OFF to ON.
Adding dates to the Calendar

Click the green Add button to create a new event.
- Enter the event details:
- Title
- Date
- Time
- Select Hide time if the time should not be visible on the Newsroom.
- Add a related article - If a related article already exists, select it from the Select article dropdown. The event thumbnail will automatically use the featured image of the selected article.

Click Save to confirm. Repeat these steps to add additional events.
Configure the layout of the Calendar
Choose how the calendar will appear on the Newsroom from the following options.
- Calendar options - Select a layout option that suits your requirements.

Calendar - Displays a monthly overview. Notable dates are marked with a dot and the current day is highlighted.

List - Shows a list of upcoming events only.

Calendar & List - Displays the monthly calendar with the event list below.

Display Options Calendar items - For List and Calendar & List views, you can enable Thumbnail to display an the Article's Featured image with each event.
- Show past events - Enable Show past events to keep previous events visible in the Calendar.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
The Calendar module is now visible on the Newsroom or selected Page.
