A Comment section can be added to a Page to allow readers to enter feedback, and interact with each other.
This article will explain how to add a Comment module, and customize how comments are posted and appear.
Adding a Comments section
Open the Newsroom dropdown, select Pages, and select a specific article.
In the sidebar, open the Interactive tab and select Comments.
Toggle the module from OFF to ON.
- Once enabled configure the settings:
- Send notification to email - To receive notification fill out an email address.
- Comments order - Choose if comments will appear in ascending or descending order.
- Approval - Enable administrator approval before comments become visible on the Page.
Replies - Enable whether visitors can reply to each other's comments.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
The Comments module will now be visible on the article.
