This article explains how to add an Audio module to the Homepage or a Page in your Newsroom. The Audio module allows you to upload and display one or more audio files so visitors can listen directly from the page and optionally download the file.

Adding the Audio module
You can add the Audio module to the Homepage or to a specific Page

Go to the Newsroom dropdown and select Homepage, or go to Pages and open the Page you want to edit.

In the sidebar, open the Multimedia tab under Modules and select Audio.

Toggle the module from OFF to ON.

Click Select item(s) to open the Asset Manager.
- In the Asset manager select the audio files to add to the Audio module or add new audio files by selecting Upload items.
- Click Select to confirm. The selected audio files will appear in the Audio module.
Uploading audio files
After selecting Upload items in the Asset manager you are given two options to upload new files.
- Upload an audio file from a computer
- Click Upload Items
- Select the audio file or files to be uploaded, and click Save.
- Upload from an URL
- Select Upload via URL
- Paste the URL in the field. Click Save
Managing audio files in the module
The selected audio files will appear in the Audio module settings.

Show controls - To allow visitors to navigate through the audio file manually, and download the file, click check Show controls.

- Show duration - When enabled, visitors can see how long the audio clip runs before they press play. This helps them understand the time commitment in advance.
- Change order - To change the order of appearance, drag the files using the directional icon.
- Delete an audio file - To remove a file, click the X icon next to the audio file.
Click Save to apply your changes.
