Learning Path
Module 1: Create a campaign from Email
Duration: 3 minutes
This module covers creating a new campaign, using the editor, previewing, adding recipients, and sending or scheduling.
Assignment: Create a blank email campaign, add at least one module, add yourself as a recipient, and send the campaign.
Module 2: Connect an Article with an Email campaign
Duration: 4 minutes
This module covers turning a Newsroom article into a campaign, linking article and campaign, and re-syncing updates from the article to the campaign.
Assignment: Open a draft article, add Email campaign to the distribution channels, make a change in the article, then re-sync so the campaign updates too. Add one or more Recipients (this can be yourself) and publish and send the Article and Campaign. (Be careful with publishing content on the Newsroom if it is live. New article pages will become visible immediately)
Module 3: Template library (reusable email modules)
Duration: 1 minute
This module covers how to save email modules as templates so you can reuse them across campaigns.
Assignment: Create one reusable module (for example a button, a boilerplate, or contact card) and save it in the Template library.
Module 4: Create a Newsletter in the Email Editor
Duration: 2 minutes
This module covers building a multi-story newsletter layout using newsroom content and common email modules.
Assignment: Build a newsletter draft with at least 2 article modules, add an image-with-text module for external content, and preview the final layout.
