Packaging and pricing 2025 update FAQ

Why is Presspage updating its pricing and packaging?

Over the past several years, we’ve continuously expanded and improved our platform—enhancing both product capabilities and service levels to deliver more value to our customers. These upgrades have been included in existing plans at no additional cost.
Our new pricing and packaging model better reflects the strategic and operational value Presspage provides to modern enterprise communications teams. It also aligns pricing with actual usage—such as newsroom volume, platform features, and support needs—ensuring a scalable and transparent structure for the future. These updates allow your team to benefit from an enterprise-ready platform that evolves with your needs.

By which date do the new prices go into effect?

We are implementing the new pricing and packaging changes in phases. For your account, the new pricing will take effect at your contract renewal date.

What’s in the new Business and Enterprise packages?

  • Business: Core platform, newsroom, integrations
  • Enterprise: Everything in Business, plus Crisis Communications, Investor Relations enhancements, Account and Language scaling, and advanced service & support

You can find a detailed feature comparison on our website: Presspage Plans

Will my price go up?

Yes, pricing will increase under the new model. However, all existing customers receive a custom transitional discount to ease the change. Your new rate has been shared via email as part of your personalized subscription offer.

Can I stay on my old package?

To ensure consistency in product experience, feature access, and service levels across our customer base, all accounts will be transitioned to the new model.

Are my terms changing?

Yes, we’ve updated our Terms and Conditions, Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Protection Agreement to reflect evolving legal requirements and enterprise best practices. Your updated contract has been shared with you by email, and all updated documents are also available online: Terms & Conditions.

What if I need to add users or Newsrooms later?

That’s no problem. Additional user seats and Newsrooms are priced transparently and can be added at any time. Admin users can manage user accounts via the platform's Admin settings. Our Sales team (sales@presspage.com) is ready to assist.

What improvements on the product can we expect in the near future?

We’re excited to continue evolving the platform and are happy to share what’s coming next. You can view our product roadmap here: Roadmap (login required).
