00:00 Article Page Details: Publish Date and City, Slug

In Article Page Details:

  • Display Publish Date can be enabled or disabled.
  • Publish City can be filled out.
  • Slug (URL) is automatically generated based on the article title.
You can edit it before publishing; once published, the slug becomes locked to avoid dead links.

00:47 Tagging of your pages

At the bottom, you’ll find the Tag Library.

Tags help structure your newsroom and improve article categorization.
To tag your page:

  • Select existing tags from the dropdown.
  • Or, type a new tag and press Enter to add it to the library for future use. (Administrators and Managers only)

You can add as many tags as needed.

01:30 Featured Image

To set a Featured Image:

  • Click on the featured image box to open the Asset Manager.
  • Upload a new image or select an existing one.

The featured image appears:

  • In the top carousel
  • In the headlines module
  • In the newsroom archive

Additional options include:

  • Display Featured Image on Top of Page (adds it at the beginning of the article).
  • Alternative Image for Carousel/Featured Section:
  • Crop the current image for better fit.
  • Or select a different image specifically for those areas.

03:29 Save and Preview Page

Always remember to Save your changes after adding or adjusting images.

Finally, after saving:

  • You’ll see your featured image at the top if that option was enabled.
  • Inline images will display with your chosen alignment.

And that’s it! You've successfully added and previewed your article page.
