By adding an Inquiries Module to your Newsroom, visitors (such as journalists and other media contacts) can submit Inquiries which are directly added to the Inquiries section.
You can add the Inquiries module to the Newsroom homepage, or to individual article pages where you anticipate media inquiries - think yearly results or hot-button issues. It provides a convenient way for journalists go get in touch with you, and makes it easy for you to answer all of these in an organized way.
To add the module, go to "Newsroom" in the navigation bar, or any individual article page:
In the sidebar, choose "Interactive" and then "Inquiries":
Click the green "Add module" button in the top right corner. Add a title and (if you wish) make it visible on the newsroom:
Then, select an address from the drop-down menu below. This drop-down menu is populated with one or more email addresses that you have set up in the Inquiries settings.
The module will display Email (mandatory), First Name, Last Name, Title (mandatory) and Message (mandatory) fields. Currently it's not possible to customize this.
This module can only be placed in the sidebar.
