Reusable Email modules

Some modules, such as a boilerplate that sits outside of the footer or a button module, can take some time to create. As it's possible that you may want to reuse these modules in later campaigns, there is now an option to save individual modules specifically for this purpose.

Creating a reusable Email module

Add an Email module to the Template library so you can reuse it in other campaigns:

1. Hover over a created module, and click the save (floppy disk) icon to save the module to the module template library
    

   

2. Add a title and a description. Click OK to confirm.
    

   

3. The module will be saved to the module template library, where you can access it for later use.

Reuse an Email module

Select saved Email modules from the Template library to add them to any Email campaign:

1. Access the template library by clicking the button in the module overview.

   

2. Select the previously saved module you'd like to use.

   

3. The module will be added to the Campaign, where you can continue to edit it.

Edit a reusable Email module

1. Access the template library by clicking the button in the module overview.

   

2. Next to the saved Email module select the kebab (three dots) icon.
   • Edit - Select Edit to change the title and/or description of the saved module. This does not change the module itself. 
   • Delete - Remove the saved module from the library.
