This article answers common questions about Presspage Inquiries.

How is Inquiries different from Presspage Mail?
Inquiries is an internal system to keep track of open, pending, and closed requests related to your Presspage content, for example questions or interview requests from journalists.
Presspage Mail is used to send email campaigns, such as newsletters, to interested subscribers.
Inquiries and Mail each have their own dedicated email address. It's not possible to use the same address for both tools.
Can we receive attachments in the Inquiry inbox?
Journalists and other contacts can send attachments, such as PDF files and other multimedia, along with their Inquiry. These show up in the Inquiry as a clickable link:
The file itself is uploaded to a content.presspage.com/inquiry-attachments URL. These files are stored separately from Newsroom uploads, so they won't be visible in the Asset Manager or in the Media Library of your Newsroom.
