Can my multi-factor authentication be reset?

If you're unable to log in to your account, and you can't find Presspage in your Authenticator app (or if you have a new phone), users with Administrator rights can reset MFA for your account. 

This can be done as follows:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Users
  2. Click on 'edit' next to the user you want to reset MFA for:

  3. In the top right corner, click on the 'Reset MFA' button:

After MFA has been reset for this specific user, it will show a QR code the next time they try to log back in. This QR-code can be scanned with the Authenticator app to regain access.
