This article explains who to contact at Presspage for changes to your Newsroom or email template. It applies to customers who are already live.
There are multiple teams you can reach out to, depending on what you need changed. Here's an overview of the different use cases and the right team to contact.
Adding a new language to your account: Contact your Account Manager or sales@presspage.com.
Full redesign: Contact the Implementation team via implementation@presspage.com. They'll first plan a session with you to identify the design requirements. After this, you'll receive a quote including estimated hours. Once approved, the project will be planned and your Implementation Consultant will guide you through the redesign process.
Partial redesign: This covers changes such as font and color changes, while keeping the modules you're already using. Reach out to Support, who can provide a cost estimate. Once you agree to the costs, the Implementation team will provide a formal quote and assist with the rest of the process.
Bug fixes: Contact Support. Support may ask follow-up questions to reproduce the issue.
Text or link changes: Contact Support. Changes to the links or text in your header and footer, whether on your Newsroom or email template, are handled by Support.
Small design changes: For small changes to the design or functionality of a single module or feature, also contact Support.
Custom cookie bar: Provide the full script of the cookie bar to Support, who will work with the development team to help implement it.
