Corporate communications can get hectic, and that means that your Inquiries section may quickly fill up with requests, making getting a clear overview challenging. Presspage provides several options to clear through the clutter and find earlier Inquiries or notes.
Ordering
All views offer the option to order by column. The Inquiries ('all'/open/pending/closed) views can be sorted by subject, requester, organization, deadline and last updated date in both ascending or descending order.
The Requesters view can be sorted by name, email address and last updated date, ascending as well as descending.
Filters
Where ordering is not enough, it's also possible to apply a filter to the dataset. In the Inquiries view it's possible to filter results.
You can filter on status (open/pending/closed), tags, requesters, and organizations.
The open, pending, and closed views will have the applicable status filter applied already, but you can still include another filter.
It's possible to apply multiple filters at once, and to choose multiple tags, statuses, requesters and organizations at the same time.
Search
All views have a search form on top of the page. It searches through all fields as well as the text of the media inquiry itself.
Tags
Tagging is a powerful feature that enables you to categorize any dataset as needed. Inquiries can be given tags, enabling you to group them together based on any keywords of your choosing.
These Inquiry tags are not in any way connected to the tag functionality of the Newsroom.
