The following updates were made in the Presspage Platform since April 2019:
New Mail Editor
- The new Presspage Mail Editor tool introduces an easy drag-and-drop functionality allowing you to create beautiful, mobile-responsive press releases and newsletters. You can learn more about the new Mail Editor in this blog post, or through our Knowledge Base tutorials
New Homepage 'Dashboard'
- The 'Dashboard' (previously named 'Home') displays quick account activity blocks including the number of created releases, number of published releases, total visits, and total unique visits. These stats can be filtered for 7, 30, 90 days, this month and this year
- Homepage Shortcuts will provide users with an easy way to perform important actions like View Newsroom and Edit Media Library

Asset Landing Page
- Asset Landing Pages have been added for Videos, Images and Documents, giving each individual multimedia asset a dedicated landing page you can link to
- Each page includes options to download and share the asset
- The page is used when your Newsroom videos, images or documents are shared via social media or distributed via email
- The link to the Asset landing page can be found by clicking the image thumbnail in the Media Manager
Mail and Media Database
- Revamped Statistics page for sent Email campaigns. This page shows more general campaign data and individual event stats for each recipient
- All users can now remove the "hard bounce" status from contacts
- Users can now remove 'unsubscribe' flag from 'unsubscribed' contacts
- Bounce reports: User can now see detailed bounce logs in campaign statistics
Other
- Media Manager was improved for responsiveness on Mobile devices
- New carousel display mode for the Image module
- Users with the Contributor role can no longer delete assets from the Media Manager
Security
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Admin Users can now set Multi-Factor Authentication to be mandatory for all Users
- To disable Multi-Factor Authentication from your user account, users will need to complete Multi-Factor authentication
