Submitting a request to cancel your PressPage account
If you have admin access to your account, you'll have the option to submit a cancellation request. First, click on the user icon in the top right corner of your navigation bar:
..and open the menu. Click on 'Admin settings'.
In the sidebar to the left, you'll see the options 'Users' and 'Accounts'. Click on 'Accounts'.
There, you'll see which accounts are managed by you and to the right, a red button that says 'Cancel account'.
A dialogue box will pop up to confirm your choice. Your cancellation notification will then be submitted to our system to be processed, and a Customer Success Manager may reach out to you.
