How to include a featured image in your mail campaign
First, make sure the Release you're basing the campaign on contains a featured image. Click on 'Cases' in the navigation bar and choose your release:
Scroll all the way down on the release page until you find the 'Featured image' option.
All done? Then go back to the navigation bar and choose 'Email':
In the top left corner, click on 'New Campaign':
You'll be taken to a new screen presenting multiple options. Choose 'Based on Release' as your email campaign will be based on a previously created case. Select the language of the newsroom your release was published in, and finally select the release itself.
You'll then be taken to the campaign editor, populated with text from your release. Click on a block of text to start editing it. The editor contains a drop-down menu called 'Placeholders'.
Click to open and you'll see the option 'Featured image'. When you're done creating the campaign, don't forget to save your work by choose 'Save' on the bottom of the page.
