Find a URL you want to highlight, select the URL and click the 'Link' button in the editor:
You will see a pop-up to customise your link.
There is a toggle to open the link in a new tab. You can turn it off to have the link opened in the same window.
When you're done, click the green checkmark button to return to the editor, and click Save in the editor once you're done editing.
