The platform allows you to export your Newsroom data to a ZIP folder. This folder contains a JSON feed of all published articles and custom pages.
From this JSON feed you can extract images or other data. Uploaded assets will be available one (1) month after termination of the contract.
- Click on the arrow button near the account and profile images at the far right side.
- Click on "Account settings" in the drop-down menu.
- Click on 'Advanced' in the left menu
- Scroll down to find the blue button that states: "Export data"
- Click the button and it will generate and auto-download the ZIP folder. This could take a couple of seconds, depending on how much data is in your account.
Remember that you can also always access an RSS feed of your newsroom at any time.
You can also export your contact lists from the "Contacts" section. Select one or multiple lists from the list overview, and the "Export" option will become visible. If you have many lists, you can select them all at once with the option on the right side of the screen.
