The following updates were made in the Presspage Platform since August 2019:
Presspage Mail
- Main domain can be selected for your 'From email' address. For example, instead of @news.yourcompany.com, you can send emails directly from @yourcompany.com.
- Users can see the 'reply-to' address when selecting a sender from campaign settings
- New Email Editor
- Better copy & paste support from external sources
- The 'Read more' label in Article module can be translated based on the campaign language selected
- Cropping an image in an email campaign will create a separate cropped version of the image, leaving the image in the newsroom and releases unaffected
- Image thumbnails will use a higher resolution version of the image by default
- Add superscript and subscript to email campaigns
Media Database
- Search by Outlets, including Outlet name and Media Type
- Search for a 'Specific Person' by either name or email address
- Search by specific Keywords, which may not be included in the preset Writing about list
- Search topics using AND and OR conditions. AND conditions means contacts must match ALL topics in the search criteria
- E.g. Reporters writing about Tennis AND Football
General

- Canonical, Alternate and Flag bar URLs of dynamic pages (e.g. Archive, Search and Coverage pages) are linked together. This helps SEO and makes it possible to click on a flag in the flag bar and go to the correct language version of the Archive/Coverage/Search page
- Headlines Module includes a Tile display mode
- Image module can be set to Portrait mode - for images that are in a portrait aspect ratio
- Custom share URL: the auto-generated share URL for Twitter and other share modules can be overwritten
