Currently, there are three ways to add an image to an article. This article will describe all three, and list the advantages and disadvantages of each. These three methods also have their own article linked to.

1. Add an image using the Multimedia Image Module.
Advantages:
- Add more than one image per module, for a row or gallery of images.
- Four options to display multiple images: row, gallery with scroll, gallery without scroll, carousel.
- Add more than one module, to add multiple photos to your article.
- All images are downloadable.
- Image can be shared on social media.
- Easily position image(s) between blocks of text to make the article more visually interesting.
- The image module can also be used in a Custom Page or on Newsroom level.
Disadvantages:
- Image size cannot be changed within the article.
- Image placement can only be between, on top, or below text blocks. It is not possible to integrate the image within the text.
- Horizontal placement of more than one image only.
2. Add a downloadable inline image to article text using the "Add Inline Image" button.
Advantages:
- Place the image within the article text for more visual interest.
- Image is downloadable.
- Image can be shared on social media.
- Size can be adjusted.
Disadvantages:
- Can only be placed at top right or top left of your article.
- Image cannot link to another location.
3. Add inline images using the image icon in the article text message box.
Advantages:
- Place the image in any desired location with in the article text.
- Ability to adjust the size of the image.
- Add more than one image within the text. Placement can be vertical (one image on top of another).
Disadvantages:
- Images cannot be downloaded in high resolution directly.
- Images cannot be shared directly on social media.
