00:00 Contact Information: Personal Information, General Information, Author

First, let’s go into Contact Information.
Here, you’ll find three types:

  • Personal Information for individual contact cards,
  • General Information for company details,
  • Author Module to show the author's name.

Starting with Personal Contact Information:
Enable it by toggling the switch. Then, select contacts from the left-hand side list.
All platform users are automatically added as contacts. If someone isn’t a user, click Add New Contact to open a form and fill out their details.
Once finished, click Save at the bottom. They’ll appear in the contacts list.
You can drag and drop contacts to rearrange the order. Don't forget to click Save after making changes!

Next, the General/Company Information:
When you click Add Module, a contact form appears. Fill in the relevant details and click Save to display it in the article. (I’ll leave this empty for now.)

Finally, the Author Module:
Enable it with the switch, then select the author from the dropdown.
There are additional options available, but to keep it simple, we’ll skip them for now. Remember to click Save.

02:17 Quotes

Most articles include quotes, and the Quotes Module helps highlight them more effectively than inline text.

To add a quote:

  • Click Add Module.
  • Paste or type your quote into the text field. (No need to add quotation marks — the platform handles that.)
  • Type the name of the quoted person. If they exist, select from the dropdown.
If not, add new information manually — you can even upload a photo and social media links.

Once saved, the platform remembers the name for future use.

It’s also a good idea to change the internal title of the quote module so you can easily identify it later in the Page Layout.

You can add multiple quotes by clicking Add Module again and repeating the steps.

04:25 Image Gallery

Under Page Text, you’ll find an option for Inline Images.
However, the Images Module under Multimedia is different — it separates images from the text, making it ideal for galleries.

To add images:

  • Click Add Module.
  • Upload images via Select Items → Asset Manager. (If needed, upload new images there.)
  • Select your images, add a Title, and choose a Display Mode based on the icons provided.
  • For vertical images, use Portrait Mode to avoid cutting off subjects.
  • You can also display Captions like the title, description, or both.

Drag and drop images to rearrange their order if necessary.
You can add multiple image galleries by clicking Add Module again.

06:25 Video

To add videos:

  • Click Add Module.

You have two options:

  1. Embed a video: Recommended because it reduces page loading time.
  2. Upload a full video file: Not recommended unless necessary, as large files can slow down the page.

Paste the embed code or upload the file, click Save, and select your video from the list.
You can adjust video settings after adding it.

07:27 Downloads

For downloadable content, you can add a Downloads Module:

  • Switch it on.
  • Click Select Items to add documents.

In Downloads, documents are displayed by title (no thumbnail).
To manage document titles and descriptions easily, use List View in the Asset Manager.

08:18 Media Kit

After adding documents, you can also add a Media Kit/Download All Button.
This bundles all assets (images, videos, documents) into a downloadable zip file.
Optionally, you can generate a PDF of the article text if a ready-made PDF isn’t available.
