1. Set up Inquiries and Integrations
Learn how to set up and manage Inquiry addresses in Presspage. This video covers creating and editing addresses, assigning default assignees, creating language specific addresses, and setting sender names. You'll also see how to collect inquiries in Email or via your Newsroom, or by forwarding from an external inbox.

Assignment: Go to the Inquiries Settings, change and/or set up the Inquiry Address, Default Assignee, and Sender Name.
2. How to use Inquiries
Get to know the Inquiry Dashboard in Presspage. This video walks you through adding new inquiries, navigating the inquiry detail page, send replies, and managing related contacts and organizations. It also covers how to view and interpret inquiry statistics.

Assignment: Start from your inbox and send an Inquiry to the Inquiry address. Go into Inquiries and open the new Inquiry. Make changes to the Inquiry details, Contact and Organization information. In the conversation field create an internal note, and reply to the Inquiry via the message box.
